Stornoway Recovery Fund LP's (the "Fund") objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation principally through investments in debt, equity and other financial instruments of corporations that are in or near financial distress.

The Fund intends to achieve its objective by investing in opportunities focused on the expertise and experience of the Manager in the general field of distressed securities. The Fund will pursue a number of investment strategies that will range from the purchase and short sale of debt and equity securities of companies going through a financial restructuring to providing capital required by companies to avoid or emerge from a restructuring as a going concern.
